Global Yellow Pages Limited (?Global Yellow Pages?, ?the Group? or ?GYP?) was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (?SGX-ST?) in 2004. The business actually started in 1967 under the Singapore branch of General Telephone Directory Co. (?GTDC?) with the publication of Singapore telephone directory, which included Yellow Pages advertising in separate English and Chinese editions. Since its start as a search solutions specialist, the Group has constantly strived to transform and diversify its business interests to build a stronger and more resilient company. As part of the Groups strategy to build a stronger operating base, the Group has diversified into the property and food & beverage sectors in recent years.

Global Yellow Pages is a multi-platform solutions company focusing on up-to-date search, SME enablement and database marketing. It is also the largest publisher of directories and provider of classified directory advertising and associated products and services in Singapore. The Group continues to develop and expand its suite of products and services to ensure usability and accessibility in a changing market.

In addition to its core print directories and Internet Yellow Pages, the Group includes Singapore Information Services Pte Ltd (?Singapore Information Services?), eFusion Solutions Pte Ltd (?eFusion?) and Singapore River Explorer Pte Ltd (?River Explorer?). Singapore Information Services publishes trade directories under the Singapore Information Services imprint; eFusion has proven success through its sales and voice-based solutions; and River Explorer serves the connectivity needs of commuters and tourists along the Singapore River and Marina Reservoir by offering river taxi services in addition to scenic and historical river tours.

In the food & beverage sector, the Group owns the intellectual property rights of Wendys Supa Sundaes brand and licences the use of the brand in various countries. The Wendys Supa Sundaes is an iconic brand of desserts and treats with a network of over 150 stores across Australia and New Zealand. The Group also has a strategic investment in Yamada Green Resources Limited (?Yamada?), a major supplier of edible fungi, operating one of the largest mushroom cultivation bases in Fujian Province, PRC.

The Group also owns Pakuranga Plaza shopping mall, a freehold property in Auckland New Zealand with a total built up area of 39,209 square metres and a gross lettable area of 29,541 square metres. The property offers retail and office space comprising a shopping mall (including the four level Plaza Tower), the outdoor Warehouse Plaza, and a standalone Plaza Business Centre and is occupied by approximately 100 tenants including major department stores and supermarkets such as Farmers, The Warehouse and Countdown. The property also has significant potential for future development which the Group will seek to enhance.
