Brand Story
When Dr Kow started his business career in the ESD Products industry in 1979, there was no accurate information in the market on the proper practice of ESD control know-how and technology. Most information provided were from ESD products vendors or suppliers and often tainted with bias opinion with commercial motive.
Many vendors at that time went around championing their performance of the effectiveness of their ESD products in the combat against ESD. Numerous beliefs and myths often surround the mystery of ESD-sensitive devices failure or damage. The process of acquiring the real ESD control know-how was painful and tedious. Learning the correct technologies was full of trial & errors. Accurate information on ESD subject was lacking & limited in the industry. During such ESD control infancy period, commercial ESD Education was non-existence in S.E. Asia. There exists a vacuum on the need of creditable ESD education in this region.

With only a modest amount of ESD control knowhow and technology, ESD Consultancy Sdn Bhd was incorporated at that time to provide the needed proper ESD education service for the electronics industry. Subsequently ESD Management & Consultancy Pte Ltd and ESD Management & Consultancy Ptv Ltd were incorporated in Singapore & India to meet the expanding market needs.
