QARS was founded in Hong Kong in 1996 specialising in railways and other Industries. Our experiences include major infrastructure projects, such as Kowloon-Canton Railway (West Rail, East Rail Extensions) and Mass Transit Railway (Lantau Airport Line, Tseung Kwan O Extension, Disneyland Resort Line).

The East Rail Extensions includes three extensions, they are Ma On Shan Rail Extension, Tsim Sha Tsui Extension, and Lok Ma Chau Spur Line. The West Rail is one of Hong Kong's largest infrastructure projects and it connects five districts: Sham Shui Po, Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long and Tuen Mun.
