Our quality management systems have also been recognised with the award of ISO 9800, and we are in the process of attaining ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 recognition.
To cater to an ever diverse clientele, we have also expanded our business model. In 2014, we opened another workshop in Sin Ming Industrial Estate to cater to capacity and to achieve efficiency. This reduces customer operational downtime and increased confidence and trust in PCI Autos services.

Our mechanics and technicians, depending on speciality, are highly skilled and trained in Air-conditioning system diagnosis, vehicular ECU diagnosis, servicing, compressor and engine overhaul, by both internal and external trainers. We are also equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to cater to the different vehicle models and make from the different countries.
