N&T was established in 1995 by our managing director, Mr. Ngian Teck Giok and was first involved in term contract works for Holland Town Councils in 1996. Since then, N&T has worked for a few other Town Councils, including Jurong, Pasir Ris, Ang Mo Kio Yishun, Marine Parade, Hong Kah and Jalan Besar, as term contractor for electrical and maintenance of lightings mainly to car parks and various amenities. N&T is also involved in the maintenance of electrical works for Singapore Telecommunications, Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Port of Singapore Authority (PSA).

Over the years in doing term contract works for Town Councils, the companys business gradually expanded and accumulated more experience in areas such as footpath lightings, garden lightings, car park lightings. N&T has also developed the necessary skills, experiences and expertise in carrying out any size of electrical project works.

In year 2002, N&T has further expanded their area of work after been awarded as sub-contractor for the maintenance and installation of the Land Transport Authority (LTA) public street lighting and zebra crossing beacon lighting system in the East and Central zone of Singapore with a total contact value of more than S$10 Million.

Since then, N&T has owned their very own vehicles and equipments such as Tower Wagon (12m Arm), Lorry, Crane Lorry, Patrolling Motor Car, Truck Mounted Attenuator (TMA), JCB Excavator, Concrete Cutter, Underground Services Detector, Insulation Detector, Lux Meter, Clip-on Meter (Tong Meter), Earth Loop Tester, Pulse Meter and etc to perform the job more effectively.
