We house the largest Indonesian personal effects warehouse in Singapore ? 5000 square feet and we are the only freight forwarder in Singapore with an office, vehicles and reliable delivery men in Indonesia. We are the first in Singapore to provide personalized door-to-door services both in Indonesia and Singapore. We do not use the Indonesian postal service. Our delivery personnel personally hand-delivers right up to the doorstep in all parts of Jawa Island (Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, etc) as well as Jakarta.
No Tipping Policy

We keep a ? No tipping policy in Indonesia. Our customers benefit from our extensive experience and knowledge in creating transportation solutions to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Weekly containers are shipped to Indonesia and we are able to track the estimated time of arrival as we closely monitor the containers departure from Singapore, arrival in Indonesia as well as boxes route to its final destination. No weight restriction applied as our boxes go by size. All our boxes are wrapped and sealed in front of customers. Once the deposit has been paid for box, customers can hold on to it for as long as they want ? M.A.N. International honors all deposits made.
