Dr. Ong is a specialist in Paediatric Dentistry and earned her Masters of Science in Children's Dentistry with Distinction at the Eastman's Dental Institute, University of London in 1994. She was awarded the 3M postgraduate prize for clinical and academic excellence.

With over 21 years of experience, Dr Ong has practiced in established hospitals and dental clinics in the UK and Singapore under full dental registration with the Specialist Register UK then and now the Singapore Dental council, Specialist Register.
