Hock Ann Seng Industries Pte Ltd (HAS) was established in Singapore since 1983 as a used drums reconditioning factory. We specialise in supplying of new & reconditioned steel, plastic drums and IBC tote tank. With our state-of-the-art technology, HAS provides removal, cleaning, reconditioning and destruction of barrels and drums for customers.

Today, HAS has grown into a leading collector and supplier of used and reconditioned drums, with more than 1,500 drums being collected and reconditioned daily. Throughout the years, we have expanded our operations to a wholly-owned 60,000 square feet factory. Now, we have more than 30 experienced and dedicated employees supported by a growing fleet of 26-footer trucks for timely collections & deliveries.
