Facility & Staff
California Laundrys steadfast commitment to our vision of constant innovation has earned us accolades in the industry and accelerated our expansion manifold. From our humble beginnings with only 7 staff in a small shophouse of 1200 square feet, we have grown into a full-fledged facility with 180 staff in a factory measuring 16,000 square feet.
Housed within our premises are the imported modern machinery and equipment backed up by an exceptional laundry management system and proprietary laundry formulation. With such systems in place, California Laundry can now proficiently handle loads of 4 tons per hour, or an astounding 40 tons a day.
To provide even better service for our customers, we have recently upgraded our dry cleaning machines to process leather, suede and blackout bonded curtains.
Handling this sophisticated machinery with ease is our team of management and trained support staff who furnish our clients with the highest optimal quality in finish products coupled with punctual delivery.
Quality Assurance
Built steadily over 40 years, California Laundrys level of quality assurance is now synonymous with spotlessly clean linen and garments that are the perfect reflection of hospitality.
We believe that getting the right people and then cultivating them with the right expertise and skills are key pillars of our success. To that end, all our management staff have been trained in Cost of Quality conducted by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board.
Our internal departments and systematic processes also ensure that quality control checks are implemented at every step to exceed our customers expectations. We rely on our own engineering department to eliminate machine downtime and provide timely services, as well as maintaining the machinery in tip-top condition.
Our trained drivers are also integral to the impeccable service extended to our customers. As our valued client, you will be assigned a dedicated truck driver who will devote his entire time to servicing your assignments daily. With this arrangement, you will be assured of consistent job familiarity on our drivers part which further enhances delivery efficiency.
