Bi Am Consult was formed in Feb 1996.

Bi Am Consultancy Pte Ltd was formed on 1 April 2008, having been previously known as Bi Am Consult. Its conversion into a private limited company was in line with its business mission to giving its clients more accountability. The TWO directors remain the same in both companies.

Its Principal Consultant, Mrs Magdalene Sik, helms the consultancy together with a network of Senior Consultants providing services to the private, public and social service sectors.

The companys main business lies in providing both training and consultancy services in Singapore and the region. The scope of business include:
