With its inauguration, Asia Gourmet brought in Maks Noodle from Hong Kong and serves its signature dish, wonton noodle. It is served in steaming hot soup with shrimp wontons and garnished with yellow chives. Chutney Tossed Noodle is one of the other chefs
recommendations in which it is a delicious dish of sweet and spicy sauce, providing a nice balance to the well tendon pork and firm noodles. We ensure 95 % of similarity in taste just like the Maks in Hong Kong for the people in Singapore to enjoy.

Bei Bei is a fine-dining Japanese restaurant in Marina Mandarin Singapore. Our chief sushi chef, Mr Nishioka serves freshest seafood and the Hot Kitchen is headed by Mr Michi. They were formerly from Hide Yamamoto, Marina Bay Sands and Les Amis respectively. With a combination of talents in Bei Bei headed by both of our chefs, our intention is to create a new dining experience of Japanese cuisine infused with French cooking style.
